【摘要】 目的:研究鼻咽癌组织中Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase- 3蛋白表达及其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测26例鼻咽癌活检组织和10例鼻咽炎组织中 Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3的表达情况。结果:在鼻咽炎组织中Bcl-2在大多数基底层细胞表达、Bax则在黏膜各层均有表达,Caspase-3在鼻咽炎黏膜组织中有染色反应;鼻咽癌组织中Bcl-2的表达高于癌旁组织;Bax和Caspase-3的表达低于癌旁组织,差异有显著性。结论:Bcl-2、Bax和 Caspase-3可能共同参与了鼻咽癌的细胞凋亡过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 ,Bax and Caspase-3 in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC), and to evaluate their roles in the development and progression of NPC . Methods: the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was detected by immunohistochemical method in 26 biopsy specimens of NPC and 10 biopsy specimens of Nasopharyngeal epithelia. Result In Nasopharyngeal epi-thelia Bcl-2 was expressed in the basic cells while Bax in the whole layer of the epithelia, Caspase-3 was expressed in epithelia too . The expression of Bcl-2 in the tissue of NPC was higher than that in the paratum while the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 was lower. Conclusion: Bcl-2 , bax and Caspase-3 perhaps participated in the course of cell apoptosis of NPC .更多还原
