【摘要】 目的:观察胰腺囊实性肿瘤临床病理学特点,探讨其生物学行为。方法:对3例胰腺囊实性肿瘤临床病理资料进行回顾性复习,并采用免疫组化EnVision法检测肿瘤细胞a-AT、Vim、Syn、EMA、CK、ER、PR的表达。结果:3例GSTP均为女性,平均年龄28岁,瘤体较大,平均 9．9cm。组织形态学显示瘤细胞大小一致,排列成实性片块区与假乳头结构,本组有1例组织形态学特殊性表现在瘤细胞胞浆明显空泡变性,呈印戒样细胞,细胞核伴有轻度异形性,黏液染色阴性,浸润包膜及周围胰腺组织,随访4年, 患者无复发及转移。免疫组化检查,a—AT阳性(2／3),Vim 阳性(3／3),Syn阳性(1／3),EMA阴性(0／3),CK弱阳性(1／3),ER阴性(0／3),PR阳性(1／3)。结论:胰腺囊实性肿瘤好发于年轻女性,组织形态学显示瘤细胞大小一致,排列成实性片块区与假乳头结构,该肿瘤生物学行为为交界性肿瘤,即使出现包膜及周围胰腺浸润,预后亦较好．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the Clinicopathologic characteristics,and histogeresis of cystic and solid tumor of pancreas(CSTP). Methods: The clinical data were reviewed in there patients with CSTP.Immunohistochemis-try for a-AT, Vim, Syn, EMA, CK, ER, PR was performed in all the case using En Vision method. Results: All the patients were adolescent and young adult female, mean 28 years. The mean diameter of tumor was 9.6cm, all encapsulated. Histologic examination showed presence of solid sheets, pseudopapillary, in all of the cases. Hemorrhage, foam cell, 2 cases were positive for a-AT, 3 cases expressed vimentin, 1 case expressed Syn and PR. But negative for ER and EMA. Conclusion: GSTP is a distinct Clinicopathologic entity in young adult female patients relertivty a benight clinical course. Tumorous cells are consistent, mastoid.Biologic characteristics is march with.Its prognosis is benign, even if its envelope has been invoved.更多还原
