【摘要】 目的:探讨bcl-2、bax在不同类型子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化检测子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中各指标的表达。结果:从单纯性、复杂性到不典型增生,bcl-2和bax的表达评分均有逐渐增多趋势,不典型增生与前二者相比差异均有显著性(P<0．01)。在内膜样腺癌中, 随着分化程度的降低、分期的增加,bcl-2表达评分下降。随着分化程度的降低bax的表达逐渐降低;随着浸润深度的增加bax表达逐渐增加。在增生期和分泌期bcl-2和bax的表达无负相关,但在内膜样腺癌组织中bcl-2表达与bax呈正相关。结论:bcl-2和bax参与了癌前病变的发生。bcl-2、bax表达水平在一定程度上反映了内膜样腺癌的生物学行为。bcl-2和 bax在增生期和分泌期内膜变化中的相互作用关系不大,但二者共同作用参与了内膜样腺癌的发生与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the expression of bcl-2 and bax in the gland epithelial cells of various endomet-riums. Methods: The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the bcl-2 and bax expression in various endometriums. Results: bcl-2 and bax become increasing from Simple Hyperplasia(SH), Complex Hyperplasia (CH) to Atypical Hyperplasia (AH). bcl-2 and bax are higher in AH than SH and CH, and the differences are significant(P<0.01). In the Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma (EAC), bcl-2 expression are associated with the differentiation grades(DG) and surgical pathological stages. As for bax. Poorer of DG, shorter of bax expression, More deeper of myometrial invasion,more of bax expression. bcl-2 expression have no negative correlation with bax, but there are positive correlations between expression of bcl-2 and bax in EAC. Conclusion: bcl-2 and bax may participate in the origin of precancerous lesionsTo a certain extent, bcl-2 and bax expression may reflect the DG and biological behavior. They could be important parameters for the prognosis of patients.bcl-2 and bax may jointly put important role in the development of EAC.更多还原
