大型连体水泥筒仓群拆除控制爆破技术研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除大型连体水泥筒仓群的设计及施工过程,对爆破效果进行了描述和分析。由于筒仓群周围环境比较复杂,因而对爆破震动、塌落冲击和爆破飞石等因素的控制要求较高。设计中通过对多因素进行分析,决定对大型连体筒仓群采用分割施工,分二次进行定向爆破拆除。在起爆顺序及网络联接中采用非电导爆系统与电雷管组成的复合联接的秒差起爆网络,使最终的爆破效果完全达到了预期的目的,也为今后的同类工程提供了可借鉴的经验。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the design and process of demolishing the huge and connective cement tube-shaped storages with controlled blasting method is introduced. The blasting result is analyzed. As the environment around the building was very complicated, controlling the vibration of blasting and collapsing and the flying stone was very important. Based on comprehensive analysis on all factors duringdesigning, it was determined to divide the whole building area into two parts to blast. In the connection of detonation order and network, a second differental delay detonating network in mixed connection with parallel and series connections made up of non-electric blast igition system and electric detonator was adopted. The final blasting resuits were satisfied and some experience for the similar engineering in the future was provided.
