矿业固体废渣开发前景研究
Development Prospect of Industrial Solid Waste Residue and Its Strategy in Market Competition

【摘要】 我国每年排放黑色和有色金属尾矿3亿t,排放粉煤灰0.7亿t,排放煤矸石1.5亿t。我国排放的金属尾矿和废渣,一直是困扰企业发展的大问题。这些固体物料绝大部分作为废弃物,挤占农田,破坏生态,污染环境。然而对于行将消失的矿山,开发二次资源,拓宽就业途径,又是需求若渴。长期以来,人们在不断地探索和寻求各种利用途径与方法,取得了许多技术进步。本文试图重点分析二次资源开发取得的成果,揭示应当转变矿业观念,发展多种经营,重视综合利用,减少污染源,开拓矿业发展的新途径。
【Abstract】 There arc about 3 billion tons of ferrous metal or nonferrous metal tailings and 0.7 billion ton of fine real ash per year to be deposited as wasle in China. This is a big problem that restricts development. These solid waste materials occupy farmland, destroy ecology and pollute environment. At the same time it’s very important to exploit secondary resource for diminishing mine. Human being has long been exploiting and searching the methods to use these wasle materials and great progress has been gained. The author of this paper attempts to analyze the achievements in exploitation of secondary sources rmd show the new methods to change the old mining concept, to develop diverse business and comprehensive utilization of minerals, to diminish polluting sources and to stimulate mine development.
