【摘要】 <正>目的探讨结肠肛管吻合术的适应证及该手术并发症的防治措施。方法对本院1987年5月至1997年12月行结肠肛管吻合术的325例病人进行回顾性分析。结果全组病例无手术死亡。并发症主要有:吻合口狭窄8例,骶前化脓性感染7例,吻合漏6例(其中3例合并直肠阴道瘘)。直肠癌5年生存率为70％;吻合口复发5例。结论经手术技术改进后,结肠肛管吻合术的操作更简单、安全、适应范围广,可明显减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the indication of coloanal anastomosis (CAA)and the methods of pre- vention and treatment on its postoperative complications. Methods 325 patients undergone CAA in our hospital from May 1987 to Dec. 1997 were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no perioperative mortality. The main postoperotive complications were: anastomotic stenosis (8 cases), antesacral pyogenic infection (7 cases), anastomotic leakage (6 cases, and 3 cases com bined with rectovaginal fistula). The 5—year survival rate of rectal cancer was 70 percent,and its anastomotic recurrence (5 cases). Conclusions After we made some technical modifications on CAA,CAA become move simple,safe and recommendable, its postoperative complications occur less than ever before.更多还原
