【摘要】 本文介绍了两种术前评估直肠癌淋巴结转移情况的方法:(1)淋巴管造影术;(2)放射性核素淋巴显像。淋巴管造影18例,放射性核素淋巴显像25例、共43例。淋巴管造影符合率88％; 放射性核素淋巴显像符合率52％。淋巴管造影,影像清晰,诊断容易,准确率高,对侧方清除及腹主动脉旁扩清有指导意义。放射性核素淋巴显像,显示淋巴区域广泛,操作简单,无并发症,但缺点是显示图像粗略,反映一组淋巴结图像,缺乏特异性。但对无淋巴结转移病例符合率较高,仍有其临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced two methods to judge the lymph node metastases of rectal carcinoma: (1) Coeruleum lymphatic photograph; (2) Radioactive lymphatic photograph. 43 cas es with rectal carcinoma received lymphatic photograph. Of these patients, 18 cases were tested with coeruleum and 25 cases with radioactive photograph. The coincident rate of coeruleum lym phatic photograph was 88％, and that for radioactive lymphatic photograph was 52％. The coeruleum lymphatic photograph showed high clarity images and correct rate, which has a guide signification to lateral and paraabdominal aorta clearance. The radioactive lymphatic photograph could display extensive area of lymph tissues and it is easy to operate without complication. But its image was rough and there was no specificity. The radioactive lymphatic photograph has high coincident rate with lymph node negative cases which still has clinical signification.更多还原
