【摘要】 目的探索判定大肠粘膜异型增生的计量学指标。方法采用MPLAS—500型病理图文分析系统,检测大肠粘膜异型增生20例．设大肠CAR、NOR为对照组．测量参数为CyA、PA、 NA、Pn、NF、N／P。结果MDYS与NOR的六项参数均有明显差异(P＜0.01);MDYS与CAR的五项参数有显著差异(P＜0.01、P＜0.05)。而两者的NF未见明显差异(P＞0.05);CAR与NOR 有五项参数见有显著差异(P＜0.01、P＜0.05),而两者的CyA无明显差异(P＞0.05);三组的NF 和N／P95％可信区间无重叠。结论细胞计量学指标能反映大肠异型增生的形态特征。三组的NF 和N／P95％可信区间无重叠,表明大肠异型增生的诊断可考虑客观数据化。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate morphometric index for decision on dysplasis of the large intestines mucous menbrane. Methods: With MPLAS—500 pathological image analysis sys tem, the 20 cases dysplasis in mucous membrane of the large intestines were determined and com pared with the high differentiation adenocarcinoma and normmal mucous membrane. Morphomet ric parameters were CyA, PA, NA, Pn, NF, N/F. Results: There are significant difference of six morphometric parameters in MDYS and NOR (P＜0.01, P＜0.05); there are significant. difference of five morphometric parameters in MDYS and CAR but their HF is insignificant (P＞0.05); there are significant difference of five morphometric parameters in CAR and NOR but their CyA is insignificant difference (P＞0.05). N/F and N/F of 95％ believable area in MDYS, NOR and CAR are not overlapping. Conclusion: Morphological characteristics of dysplasis the mucous membrane of the large intestines is reponded by cell morphometric parameters. Diagnosis of dys plasis of the large intestines mucous membrane is considered by objective data because of NF and N/P 95％ belivab|e area no overlapping in MDYS, NOR and CAR.更多还原
