酸性钒钛渣粘度及熔化性温度

【摘要】 用分析纯化学试剂配制酸性钒钛渣,并测定其熔融态粘度.研究了 TiO2,FeO,V2O5含量以及碱度变化对酸性钒钛渣粘度及熔化性温度的影响,并用 SEM 分析了缓冷后熔渣的结构.实验结果表明,当 TiO2含量在30%~40%, V2O5含量在1.4%~2.4%,FeO 含量在4%~14%之间,碱度在0.2~0.3变化,1510℃时粘度≤0.2 Pa·s,熔化性温度在 1 436~1 505℃.1 510℃时熔渣的粘度随 TiO2,FeO 含量及碱度的增加而减小;熔渣的熔化性温度随 TiO2含量增加而增加,随碱度的增加先减小后增加,随 FeO 含量增加而减小;SEM 结果表明,当 TiO2含量增加时,炉渣矿相由规则的细长条形向短粗无序转变.

【Abstract】 The viscosity and melting temperature of acidic vanadium-titanium-containing slags prepared by analytical reagents were measured to study the effects of TiO2,FeO and V2O5 contents on their viscosity and melting temperature.Meanwhile,the microstructures of cooling slags were analyzed by SEM.The results showed that slags containing 30%~40% TiO2,1.4%~2.4% V2O5,4%~14% FeO,and with CaO/SiO2 0.2~0.3 had a viscosity lower than 0.2 Pa·s at 1510℃ and the melting temperature was between 1436~1505℃. Meanwhile,the viscosity of the slags decreased with the increase of TiO2,FeO contents and CaO/SiO2,the melting temperature of molten slags increased with the increase of TiO2 content while it decreased when FeO content increased,and it first decreased then increased with CaO/SiO2.SEM images showed that the micro-phase changed from regular thin strip to short and disorder as TiO2 content increased.
