无钟炉顶多环布料料面形状的模拟

【摘要】 运用相似理论建立实验室无钟炉顶布料模型,通过模拟实验修正布料轨迹方程,即 n=[l02cos2β+2l0cosβLx+ (1+4π2ω2l02/C12)Lx2]1/2-α,实验测得焦与矿的自然堆角分别为30.2°与29.1°,焦与矿的堆密度分别为0.65与1.97 t/m3, 并用 tanα=tanα0-kh/R 确定内堆角,用αore=79.77-2.04α和αcoal=73.12-1.97α确定外堆角,进而建立数学模型并开发布料界面,计算机模拟结果能够直观地反映高炉内料面形状,对高炉操作起到重要作用.

【Abstract】 The model in lab was built based on similar theory.The charging track equation was corrected as n=[l02cos2β+2l0cosβLx+(1+4π2ω2l02/C12)Lx2]1/2-a through the tests in lab.The natural stack angles of coke and ore were 30.2 and 29.1 respectively.The inside stack angle was gained by the formula of tanα-tanα0-kh/R,and the outside stack angle by the formula of αore=79.77-2.04α and αcoa1=73.12-1.97α.The bulk densities of coke and ore were 0.65 and 1.97 t/m3.The mathematical model was set up and the program interface was studied.The charging shape was simulated by computer,and it more truly reflected the charging shape in BF.
