基于传热反问题在线预报高炉炉衬侵蚀厚度的方法

【摘要】 高炉炉衬侵蚀是影响高炉长寿的主要原因之一,如何对正在服役的高炉炉衬侵蚀厚度进行在线动态实时预报是国内外学者竞相研究的重大课题之一。本文在全面系统地综述了国内外相关文献的基础上,提出了基于传热反问题的高炉炉衬侵蚀厚度的在线动态实时预报方法,并提出了详细的技术方案和实施策略,为高炉炉衬侵蚀厚度的在线实时预报提供新的解决思路。
【Abstract】 Lining Erosion is one of the main factors affecting the long campaign of Blast Furnace.How to real-timely predict the lining erosion thickness of running Blast Furnace is one of the major issues emulatively studied by researchers at home and abroad. Based on reviewing the Domestic and foreign literature,this paper put forward an On-line Prediction Method of Lining Erosion Thickness by inverse heat transfer and detailed technician scheme and solution strategy.This will provide a new path for forecasting lining erosion thickness during the blast furnace campaign.
