钛精矿还原-磨选法制取富钛料工艺与机理研究

【摘要】 对中国攀西地区钒钛磁铁矿分选所得的产品钛精矿,采用还原-磨选法实现了 Fe/Ti 的有效分离。与传统还原磨选法相比,新工艺采用新型添加剂 KS 作还原过程的催化剂,使钛精矿适宜的还原温度由通常的1250~1280 ℃下降到1100℃。机理研究表明:添加剂 KS 具有强化固相扩散的作用及降低钛精矿中杂质离子 Mg2+对 Fe2TiO5 的稳定作用。能在较低的温度下实现了钛精矿中铁氧化物的还原和金属铁晶粒的长大,提高磨选分离效率。
【Abstract】 Using the flotation concentrate of ilmenite as feed obtained by separation from vanadiferous titanomagnetite in Panxi district,by catalysis reduction followed physical separation,titanium and iron have been successfully separated. Compared to traditional reduction-separation processes,the reduction temperature in the new process is reduced to 1100℃ from 1250~1280℃.Investigation shows that the catalyst KS has the functions of enforcing solid diffusion of iron ions and easing the stabilization of Mg2+ to Fe2TiO5,and hence the reduction of ilmenite can be carried out at the lower temperature.
