X65/X52走RH和CAS与LF精炼工艺对比分析

【摘要】 采用 RH/CAS 工艺替代传统的 LF 工艺生产 X65以下低级别管线钢,关键在于控制钢中 S 含量、对炉渣进行改质确保喂线效果、精炼结束后适当的镇静保证钢水的洁净度。结果表明,RH/CAS 工艺成品 S 含量在 50ppm 左右,钢中 Ca 含量在20ppm 以上,钢水洁净度与 LF 工艺相当,板卷性能完全满足用户的要求。
【Abstract】 The trials production for X65 and under X65 pipeline steel are carried out by RH/CAS refining process in stead of LF process in Shougang Corporation.The key technology is sulphur control,slag modification to be sure the effects of calcium treatment and suitable holding time af- ter RH treatment to get high steel cleanness.The results demonstrate that the average sulphur content and calcium content in the steel are 50ppm and more than 20ppm respectively by RH/ CAS process.Steel cleanness of RH/CAS is corresponding to LF process.The mechanical prop- erties meet the requirements of customers very well.
