烧结机篦条糊堵现象的研究与应用

【摘要】 烧结机算条糊堵现象的机理分析,采取了减少烧结过湿层,对除尘灰均衡使用,改变篦条结构,增加烧结机篦条振打装置等措施,最终解决了烧结机篦条糊堵问题。
【Abstract】 Sintering Machine grate of the paste plugging analysis of the mechanism of the phe- nomenon has taken a reduced sintering of a wet,gray dust on the balanced use of the change grate structure,the increase of sintering machine grate of the vibration device,and other measures,the ultimate solution to the sintering machine grate of the paste plugging problems.
