【摘要】 本文在分析预热及还原焙烧过程中锡、锌挥发行为的基础上,对含有0.25%Sn 和0.20%Zn 的复杂铁精矿进行了链篦机—回转窑扩大试验研究。重点研究了预热条件和焙烧条件对预热球、成品球团矿质量及锡、锌脱除率的影响,确定了预热和焙烧的最佳工艺制度。结果表明:链篦机空气过剩系数为1.57,预热温度870℃,预热时间10min,预热球抗压强度为495N/个,AC 转鼓指数为3.85%;回转窑空气过剩系数1.10,外配无烟煤用量 20%,升温时间60min,还原焙烧温度1040℃,焙烧时间40min,焙烧球抗压强度为2254N/个,ISO 转鼓指数为 96.16%;Sn 和 Zn 的挥发率分别为73.27%和63.54%,球团矿中残余 Sn 和 Zn 的含量分别为0.073%和0.078%。制备的还原球团矿冶金性能良好,各项指标均满足高炉冶炼要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this investigation,based on volatilization behavior of tin,zinc in the process of pel- let preheating-reduction roasting,grate-kiln was applied to deal with complex iron concentrate which contain 0.25%Sn,0.20%Zn.The effect of preheating and roasting factors on the removal of tin,zinc and quality of preheated and roasted pellets was investigated,and the optimal process conditions had been established.The experimental results indicated that pre-heated pellets with compressive strength of 495 N/P and AC tumble index of 3.85% could be obtained with excess ratio of air 1.57 of grate,preheating temperature 870℃,preheating time 10min;roasted pellets with compressive strength of 2254N/per could be obtained with excess ratio of air 1.10 of kiln, the dosage of anthracite 20%,heating up time 60min,roasting temperature 1040℃,roasting time 40min;the roasted pellets with compressive strength of 2054N/Pand ISO tumble index of 96.16% could be obtained with the volatilization of tin,zinc is 73.27% and 63.54%;the content of tin,zinc is decreased to 0.073%,0.078% separately,and good metallurgical properties, which meet the needs of blast furnace.更多还原
