【摘要】 本文对煤气化过程中影响焦油含量的各种因素进行了综述,其中包括三部分：合适的气化条件,合适的物料或在气化过程中添加催化剂,合适的气化炉设计。气化条件的影响又包括温度、压力、停留时间、加热速率、气化介质、煤种、粒径和床料等。床料添加剂包括石灰石,白云石,橄榄石及 Ni 基催化剂等,各有其优缺点。合适的气化炉的设计能有效降低焦油的产率,其中包括二次风法,二段炉法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper we give a detailed review on various factors affecting tar content.The factors in the gasifier include three parts:proper selection of operating parameters,use of bed additive catalyst,gasifier modifications.The influncing parameters include temperature,pressure,residence time,heat speed,gasifying agents,coal,etc.The bed additives include dolomite,limestone,olivine and Ni-based catalysts.The proper gasifier design include secondary airinjection to the gasifier,two-stage gasifier.更多还原
