利用焦化工艺处理废塑料2kg焦炉实验研究——焦油GC-MS分析

【摘要】 本文利用 GC-MS 联用仪考察了添加废塑料与首钢炼焦配煤在2kg 焦炉中共焦化所得焦油的分布特征。研究结果表明:炼焦配煤单独焦化所得焦油以芳香烃和烷烃组分为主,废塑料单独焦化的焦油中则以烷烃和烯烃为主;添加2%经预处理的废塑料与煤混合共焦化使焦油中的芳香烃以及烯烃比例明显增加,同时,芳香烃与烷烃表现出明显的“轻质化”。利用焦化工艺处理废塑料有利于得到优质焦油,这对于提高焦油的经济价值有重要意义。
【Abstract】 By using the GC-MS,characteristics of the tar achieved by co-coking of waste plastics with coal in 2kg coke-oven were investigated.The result showed that tar resulted from coking of coal mostly consisted of alkyls and aromatic compounds.But for waste plastics,they were alkyls and alkenes.Furthermore,the addition of 2wt% of waste plastics pretreated could enhance the yields of alkenes and aromatic compounds in tar,and,at the same time,get the smaller molecules of aromatic compound and alkyl.The traditional of waste plastics with coal would have economic prospect for improving the quality of tar.
