【Abstract】 Safety culture is the common values,behavior habit and norm which is formed in the process of safe production.It is the safe and people-oriented management.The main task of safety culture is to improve the safe-production ability of the staff,and it is designed to prevent accidents.The production team is the fundamental cell in an enterprise.To maintain the good management of the team is a vital and basic work to an enterprise.It holds great significance for the safe production.The safety culture and technical quality of the team is the cornerstone for an enterprise’s safety culture construction.In a sense,it determines the effect of safety management as well as decides the fate of an enterprises.Only by enhancing the safetyeultoral quality of the staff,can we improve the overall quality and safety management of our enterprise.更多还原
