【摘要】 针对原来加热炉水梁滑块结构、排列不合理造成的钢坯温度不均现象,改用新型孔洞式全热滑块。实践证明,新型滑块设计合理、结构简单、施工方便、使用可靠,有效地提高了加热炉的热效率,减少了水梁黑印,改善了钢加热工艺过程,明显的提高了带钢质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve uneven phenomenon of steel billet temperature induced by unreasonable structure and arrangement of slide blocks on water girder of reheat furnace,the new-type and whole-heat slide blocks with holes were applied.Practice has proved the new-type slide blocks’ design is rational,structure is simple,construction is convenient,use is reliable.It effectively enhanced hot efficiency of reheat furnace,reduced black signet of water girder,improved the heating quality of steel billet and obviously increased the output of belted steel.更多还原
