软接触电磁连铸结晶器内电磁场三维数值模拟

【摘要】 以经典电磁场理论为依据,建立了软接触电磁连铸高频磁场的数学物理模型,利用有限元软件 ANSYS 对结晶器内磁场及电磁压力分布进行了三维数值模拟。计算结果表明,结晶器内钢液的存在使得磁感应强度集中在钢液的侧表面,结晶器内钢液面高度自线圈中心升高时,钢液侧表面上的磁感应强度降低,但沿结晶器方向上均匀性提高。钢液侧表面所受电磁力的分布规律与磁感应强度的分布规律基本一致,欲使钢液侧面受到的电磁压力大且波动小,则结晶器内钢液面高度应控制在线圈中心与线圈高度四分之三之间。
【Abstract】 Based on electromagnetism theory,a physical and mathematical model of high frequency magnetic field for soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting was developed.The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the distributions of magnetic induction density and electromagnetic force in mold were executed through ANSYS software.The results show that when the mold is charged with molten steel,the magnetic induction density is mainly distributed at the side-surface of molten steel.The magnetic induction density decreases with the molten steel level increasing from the coil center,whereas the homogenization along the direction of mold height is improved.The distributing character of electromagnetic body force is mostly consistent with that of magnetic induction density.As a result,the molten steel level should be controlled between the center and the three-quarter of the coil to assure that the electromagnetic force is great enough and has little fluctuations.
