氮合金化亚稳奥氏体不锈钢的研究
Research on a New Metastable Austenitic Stainless Steel with Nitrogen Alloying

【摘要】 采用 Thermo-Calc 设计了一种新型亚稳奥氏体不锈钢。用 TCY-1磁性测量仪和 X 射线衍射法研究了亚稳钢的相变特性,并在 MTS 机上对材料的力学性能进行了研究,用电化学方法及三氯化铁浸泡法对材料的耐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:设计出的亚稳钢在固溶状态下为奥氏体组织,经适当冷变形后能诱变出不同含量的α′马氏体组织,相变过程中未发现ε相转变。适宜成分的亚稳钢在冷变形后产生 TRIP 现象,为研究新型高强高韧钢提供了途径。新型亚稳钢耐点蚀性能和304相当。
【Abstract】 Used advanced alloy design method and Thermo-Calc software,the new metastable austenite stainless steels (MASSs)were defined of Cr-Mn-N system with or without little nickel.Measured by TCY-1 ferritescope and X-ray diffraction(XRD),the phase transformation of MASS was studied.The mechanical performances and pitting resistance of the new MASS were studied by MTS,electrochemical measurement and ferric chloride corrosion test.The results show that the new MASS has full austenite under solid annealing but was induced some a’-martensite after cold deformation.No ε phase occurs during phase transformation.TRIP occurs during cold deformation with appropriate compositions which provides a new way to research steel with high strength and high ductility.The new MASS has good pitting resistance similar to AISI 304.
