低成本细晶高强耐候钢的研制

【摘要】 利用周浸加速腐蚀、扫描电镜、俄歇能谱分析、电化学、相分析等试验方法研究了稀土提高普碳钢的耐大气腐蚀性能机理、晶粒尺寸对耐蚀性影响规律、细晶化对 P 冷脆的改善,开发出了细晶 RE-P 复合低成本高强耐候钢。结果表明利用钢中的稀土硫化物及相界固溶稀土的缓蚀性可以大幅度提高钢铁材料的耐蚀性,细化晶粒尺寸不仅能够提高钢的耐蚀性而且可以明显改善 P 对钢冷脆性能的损害,开发出的低成本细晶 RE-P 复合高强耐候钢具有良好的综合力学性能、耐蚀性和经济性。

【Abstract】 The theory of rare earth improving the corrosion resistance of carbon steel,effect of grain size on corrosion resistance of steel and grain fining to ameliorating of toughness has been investigated by cyclic immersion corrosion test,micro-analysis of rust,auger spectrometer,electrochemical test and phase analysis,the economic fine-grain high-strength weathering steel has been developed.The results showed RE-sulfide and solid solution RE in phase boundary inhibited the corrosion and improved the corrosion resistance of steel,fining grain size could improving the corrosion resistance of steel and ameliorating toughness of steel,the developed economic fine-grain high-strength weathering steel possessed good mechanical property,corrosion resistance and economical efficiency.
