Nb微合金化HRB400钢筋加热温度的研究

【摘要】 通过热模拟试验,研究了不同加热温度对0.20%C-1.5%Mn-0.5%Si-0.005%N-0.025%Nb 钢的机械性能与晶粒度的影响,指出该钢种的 Nb 溶解温度与传统理论公式的计算值有很大差别,通过实际生产确定了在再结晶区轧制时 Nb 微合金化 HRB400钢筋的合理加热温度。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of different heating temperature on mechanical property and crystalline grain size of 0.20% C-1.5 %Mn-0.5 % Si-0.005% N-0.025% Nb are discussed through thermal simulation test.The big difference is shown of Nb solution temperature between test results and calculated with traditional theory formula.Suitable heating temperature of Nb microalloyed HRB400 rolled at recrystallization zone is given by means of production.
