汽车大梁钢冷却工艺的实验研究

【摘要】 以含 Nb 等微合金元素的汽车大梁钢进行控轧控冷实验,研究了终轧温度及卷取温度对汽车大梁钢组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明,采用前段冷却方式。通过调整控轧控冷工艺参数,得出汽车大梁钢最合适的终轧温度和卷取温度。得到了晶粒细化,强度高,伸长率大,屈强比较低的汽车大梁钢。
【Abstract】 So as contain the tiny alloying elements such as Nb automobile beam steel controlle rolling and cooling experiment,we had studied the influence of final rolling temperature and reel-up temperature for automobile big beam steel organization and performance.Experiment result shows ,rolls with former section cooling way,through adjusting to controlled rolling and cooling technology parameter,we can reach the most suitable end of automobile big beam steel to roll temperature and reel-up temperature.It have gotten crystal grain melt carefully,strength rate highly,elongation percentage bigly,bend the strong automobile with low comparison beam steel.
