【摘要】 为了使人们对无头轧制这一新兴的轧制技术有一个全面的认识,本文较为详细地对无头轧制和传统轧制工艺的特点、经济性进行了分析比较。分析表明：无头轧制技术由于消除了传统轧制工艺中钢坯间的时间间隔,剔除了轧件的切头去尾等工序,可以明显地提高轧线的生产能力,降低生产成本,潜在着巨大的经济效益,是目前轧钢行业提高其市场竞争力的一项重要的工艺技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to let people have a general understand for the new rolling process of endless rolling,introduce the work characteristics of traditional rolling and endless rolling,compare and analyze their economy.The analysis indicate that because the endless rolling process eliminates the time interval between adjacent billets in the traditional rolling process,it can largely increase the output capacity of rolling mill,reduces its production cost,therefore,the endless rolling will be a important rolling process which the user strengthens its competition power in market.更多还原
