铸坯尺寸对轻压下过程压下率影响规律研究
The Effect of Continuous Casting Slab Size on Soft Reduction Gradient

【摘要】 压下率是连铸坯轻压下工艺的关键参数之一。本文结合压下率理论模型,考察了210mm、230mm、250mm 不同连铸板坯厚度和1000mm、1150mm、1300mm 不同宽度下压下率的变化规律。结果表明:厚度越大,压下率沿拉坯方向线性减少越缓;厚度由210mm 每增加20mm,压下率的最大值最小值分别减少0.03mm/m、0.02mm/m;平均压下率与厚度呈线性减少关系,厚度每增加10%,平均压下率减少10%;板坯宽度对压下率和半均压下率的影响不大。
【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the theoretical model of soft reduction gradient,soft reduction gradient for continuous casting slab with different section size was investigated.The results show that the slope of reduction gradient along the strand decreases slowly as the thickness of slab increases,and as the thickness of slab increased by 20mm from 210mm,the maximum and minimum of soft reduction gradient decreased by 0.03mm/m and 0.02mm/m respectively.The average reduction gradient decreases linearly with the increase of slab thickness,and it decreased by 10 pct as the thickness of slab increased by 20mm from 210mm.It also can be concluded that the width of slab has little effect on the average reduction gradient and distribution of reduction gradient.
