连铸坯两相区综合应变的模拟计算
Analog Computation of Comprehensive Strain in Two-phase Boundary on Continuous Casting Billet

【摘要】 本文通过对连铸坯两相区鼓肚应变、弯矫应变及辊子错位应变公式的推导,建立数学模型,并用 C 语言编写程序进行数值求解,结果表明:两相区综合应变的大小随铸坯断面的增大而增大,随拉速的增大而增大,并在弯矫点处出现峰值现象。
【Abstract】 Formulas are deduced which are about bulging strain,bend-straightening strain and dislocation strain in two-phase boundary of continuous casting billet in this paper.Mathematical model is created and program is solved by C Programming.The result show that comprehensive strain in two-boundary increase with the cross dimensions of casting blank and pulling rate,specially appear peak value in bend-straightening zone.
