LF超低硫钢预熔精炼渣的开发

【摘要】 在实验室条件下对 CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaF2五元预熔渣系钢水深脱硫精炼效果进行了实验研究,分析了实验条件下预熔渣碱度 w(CaO)/w(SiO2)、渣中 w(Al2O3)、w(CaF2)和 w(FeO)及 MI 与钢水脱硫率的关系,获得了该预熔渣系的最佳组成。与原工艺相比,本研究所开发的预熔脱硫渣具有更好的脱硫效果。
【Abstract】 The deep desulphurization refining effect of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaF2 premelted slag on the molten steel was experimental studied.The influence of basicity,Al2O3,CaF2,and FeO contents in the premelted slag and MI,on the molten steel desulphurization rate was analyzed under the experimental conditions.The optimum composition of the premelted slag was determined.And the desulphurization effect of the optimum premelted slag on the molten steel was superior to that of the conventional desulfurizing slag.
