添加锰钛元素钢中超细复合氧化物夹杂的析出研究

【摘要】 分别从热力学计算和实验角度研究了钢中添加锰钛元素时改变凝固前钢液中平衡氧浓度时析出的超细复合夹杂物的类型。热力学计算考虑了凝固过程中固液界面前沿溶质元素的微观偏析,计算结果与实验结果均表明, 当凝固前的氧浓度在0.001%时凝固过程中析出的均为 Ti2O3;0.002%时析出的夹杂物有 Ti2O3和 MnTiO3;而在0.003 %时析出的夹杂物均为 MnTiO3。随着凝固前平衡氧浓度的增加,析出的夹杂物的尺寸越来越大。最大夹杂物的尺寸在3μm 左右。由于实验中所使用的刚玉管成分与钢液中溶解氧间的化学平衡,使凝固后的夹杂物中含有少量的铝元素。
【Abstract】 The effect of the oxygen content before solidification on the type of the precipitated ultra-fine complex oxide in Mn and Ti alloyed steel has been studied by means of thermodynamic calculation and experiment.The micro-segregation of the solute elements on the front of the solid-liquid interface during solidification has been considered in the calculation.The results showed that,the precipitated inclusions are Ti2O3 when the oxygen content is in 0.001%,the inclusions are Ti2O3 and MnTiO3 when it is in 0.002% and MnTiO3 when it is in 0.003%.With the increasing oftbe oxygen content,the size of the precipitated inclusions increases.The maximum inclusion size is about 31am.Because a little amount of Al2O3 in the corundum used in the experiment is in equilibrium with the dissolved oxygen in molten steel,some amount oral is found in the precipitated inclusions.
