钢包顶渣改质剂在50tLF炉精炼高铝钢时的应用研究

【摘要】 介绍了钢包顶渣改质剂在50tLF 炉精炼高铝钢时的应用,结果表明应用试验钢包顶渣改质剂后成品钢中的铝含量在原工艺的基础上提高了18.45%,同时成品钢中的 P、S 及钢液中自由氧的含量得到了一定程度的降低, LF 炉精炼后渣属于不回磷、脱硫、脱氧效果较好的精炼渣。
【Abstract】 The article introduces the application of ladle slag additives in the 50t LF as it is used in the production of high aluminum steel.The result shows the content of aluminum on the basis of former technology in the finished steel due to the application of the slag increases by 18.45%.And,to an extend the content from P、S of the finished steel and[O]in the steel liquid decreases.These slags finished from LF is not a kind of rephosphorization but belongs to a relatively effective refining slag from the analysis of desulfuring and deoxidation.
