HL顶燃式热风炉的设计实践与应用效果

【摘要】 介绍了 HL 顶燃式热风炉的设计与应用,进行了燃料燃烧计算,该热风炉采用合理的炉体结构、环形多孔短焰陶瓷燃烧器和梅花形格孔高效格子砖,解决了高温应力腐蚀裂纹问题。没有高发热量煤气混入时,热风炉送风温度为1250~1300℃;有高发热晕煤气混入时,热风炉送风温度为1350~1400℃。热风炉热效率80%,设计寿命 20~30年。
【Abstract】 Design and application of HL hot blast stove(HBS)with top combustion are introduced.Fuel combustion calculation is completed.The HBS has such characteristics as reasonable constrcture design of stove,ring type multi-hole short flame ceramic burner and high effective seven-hole quincunx type checker brick and eliminate high temperature stress corrosion cracking.When no high heat value gas input,blast temperature of HBS is 1250~1300℃.When high heat value gas input,blast temperature of HBS is higher than 1300℃.Thermal efficiency of HBS is 80% and design life is about 20~ 30 years.
