连铸大方坯动态轻压下冶金效果研究

【摘要】 动态轻压下技术是减轻铸坯的中心偏析与疏松缺陷、提升铸坯内部质量的有效途径。包钢新建的5 号大方坯铸机的动态轻压下控制系统由北京科技大学与包钢合作设计和开发,能够在非稳态的浇注条件下进行有效的动态轻压下和动态二冷配水实时控制。针对重轨钢 U71Mn、U75V 等代表性钢种,在5号连铸机上进行了动态轻压下冶金效果热负荷试验。经过合理的制定试验方案、取样设计以及冶金效果分析,结果表明,采用动态轻压下工艺后,铸坯中心疏松明显减轻,中心区域等轴晶率增加,连铸坯横断面上 C 成分分布更加均匀,中心 C 偏析指数波动范围明显变窄,有效减轻了铸坯的中心偏析缺陷,铸坯内质得到明显提升。

【Abstract】 Dynamic Soft Reduction is a particularly effective method of reducing central segregation and porosity and hence improving the internal quality of continuously cast steel.The dynamic soft reduction control system for No.5 bloom caster in Baotou Steel is designed and implemented by USTB and Baotou Steel.With this system,dynamic control for secondary cooling and soft reduction of bloom continuous casting in is achieved even under non-steady casting conditions.Focused on typical steel grades such as heavy rail steel U71Mn and U75V,metallurgical effect experiments on application of the dynamic soft reduction have been carried out on No.5 bloom caster.With reasonable experiment scheme,sampling design and metallurgical effect analysis,the results show that when the Dynamic Soft Reduction is adopted,the central porosity of bloom is reduced,the equiaxed crystal ratio in central area of the bloom increases,the distribution of carbon in bloom cross-section becomes more homogeneous,the central segregation index of carbon is getting narrow,and the central segregation of bloom is effectively reduced,and accordingly the internal quality of bloom has been obviously improved.
