大方坯矫直温度影响因素研究

【摘要】 进拉矫机前铸坯的表面温度直接影响铸坯的表面质量,也是实施动态配水和动态轻压下必须考虑的因素。计算表明:比水量恒定,该点温度随拉速提高成二次抛物线增加趋势,影响显著;拉速恒定时,在合理的比水量范围之内,该点温度随比水量的增加而降低,但降低的程度不大,通过比水量调节该点温度是十分有限的;恒拉速、定比水量情况下,研究表明,二冷分配系数对该点温度几乎无影响;针对当前拉矫前具有空冷区的带液芯压下大方坯铸机,仅仅通过二冷来控制铸坯表面温度避开脆性区是不够的。
【Abstract】 The surface temperature before withdrawal and straightening zone plays an important roles for the bloom quality control.In this paper,it is shown by the aid of the heat transfer model,for given secondary cooling water flow rate,the temperature increases parabolically with casting speed;for a given casting speed,the temperature decreases only limitedly with the increase of the water flow rate.For given secondary cooling water flow rate and a given casting speed,the water distribution coefficient can not affect the strand surface temperature upon unbending.It is pointed out that the view to avoid strand brittleness upon unbending by secondary cooling control is not enough for this bloom caster with an air cooling zone before unbending and soft reduction.
