钢水静压力对连铸大方坯轻压下过程的影响

【摘要】 关于钢水静压力对轻压下过程影响方面的研究很少。本文采用热弹塑性有限元法通过对钢水静压力对铸坯表面中央及角部应力应变、轻压下力、铸坯侧面鼓肚、压下效率和液固界面应力应变的影响的分析,说明钢水静压力会减小表面中央的等效应力应变,但对角部的等效应力应变基本不产生影响;钢水静压力的施加会增大轻压下力和铸坯的侧面鼓肚量;钢水静压力会减小固液界面的压下量和压下效率;钢水静压力会使固液界面的等效应力应变有所下降。总体来讲钢水静压力对大方坯轻压下过程的影响较小,我们模拟计算时可以忽略其影响作用。
【Abstract】 Effects of ferrostatic pressure on soft reduction process are less studied.In the paper,effects of ferrostatic pressure on stress-strain in the mid-face and the comer of the bloom,soft reduction force,bulging in the narrow side of the blank, reduction efficiency and stress-strain in the solid-liquid interface are analyzed by thermal elastic-plastic finite element methed. It is demonstrated that the equavalent stress-strain in mid-face of the bloom will decrease with the increase of ferrostatic pressure applied,but change slightly in the corner zone;the soft reduction force and the narrow side bulge of the bloom will increase while the reduction of the solid-liquid interface,the reduction efficiency and stress-strain in the solid-liquid interface will decrease.It is concluded that ferrostatic pressure have less effect on soft reduction process and can be neglected in the simulation.
