【摘要】 对孝义城钢432m~3高炉强化冶炼技术攻关进行了总结。针对高炉存在的问题,在分析原燃料和设备等状况的基础上,应用对比分析的方法,制订合理的操作方针,采取了洗炉及使用斜风口；调整风口布局, 控制适宜压差；制定防止连续塌滑料预案；提高风温使用水平；摸索合适的装料制度；调整冷却制度；强化管理措施,使高炉风口烧坏现象大幅度减少,经济技术指标明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intensified smelting proceed with Chengcai Steel’s 432m~3 BF of Xiaoyi city is summarized.Aim at the existing question of BF,the reasonable operating policy is drew up by using ontrast and analysis methods based on anaysing BF burden and equipment ,and so on,a series of measures are adopted,such as erosion of BF with fluorite and using the slanting tuyere;adjusting tuyere arrangement,proper controlling the blast pressure difference; formulating plans to prevent consecutive landslide material;increasing the use of blast temperature;exploring the appropriate loading system;adjusting cooling system;strengthening management.The phenomenon of BF tuyere to burn out is decreased greatly,the economical technical indexs are improved significantly.更多还原
