粉末冶金高温合金的组织和性能研究

【摘要】 研究和对比了热等静压+热处理态 FGH4095、FGH4096和 FGH4097三种合金的组织、相组成、力学性能、抗氧化性能及抗热腐蚀性能。结果表明,三种合金均由γ相、γ′相、碳化物和硼化物组成;FGH4095合金的室温强度和硬度最高,FGH4097合金的高温持久和蠕变性能最好,FGH4096合金的性能居于二者之间;在650℃和应力强度因子范围(ΔK)小于50MPa m1/2,FGH4097合金的疲劳裂纹扩展速率(da/dN)最低,在800℃以下抗氧化性能和870℃抗热腐蚀性能 FGH4097合金优于 FGH4095和 FGH4096合金。

【Abstract】 The microstructure,mechanical properties,oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance are systematically investi- gated and compared for FGH4095,FGH4096 and FGH4097 powder metallurgy superalloys under different heat treatment condi- tions.The experiment results indicate that the phases in FGH4095,FGH4096 and FGH4097 powder metallurgy suporalloys are gamma matrix,gamma prime,carbide and borides.Among FGH4095,FGH4096 and FGH4097,the tensile strength and hardness of FGH4095 superalloy are the highest at room temperature.The elevated temperature stress rupture property and creep property of FGH4097 superalloy are the best.When the stress-intensity factor range(ΔK)is less than 50MPa m1/2,the fatigue crack propagation rate of FGH4097 superalloy is the lowest at 650℃.The oxidation resistance below 800℃ and corrosion resist- ance of FGH4097 superalloy at 870℃ are much better than those of FGH4095 and FGH4096 superalloy.
