DZ417G合金的长期时效稳定性

【摘要】 在800~900℃长期(10000 h)时效过程中,DZ417G 合金中二次γ′强化相粗化长大,条块状 MC 碳化物发生分解反应:MC+γ→M23C6+γ′,且随时效温度升高和时效时间延长,MC 碳化物分解程度增加,晶界析出相的尺寸增大。900℃长期时效导致γ′相数量减少,碳化物数量增多。合金经10000h 长期时效后没有出现脆性的 TCP 相, 仍然保持良好的室温拉伸性能。
【Abstract】 During long-term aging up to 10000 h at temperature range of 800~900℃,coarsening of the secondary γ′ particles occurs in the superalloy DZ417G,blocky and strip shaped MC carbide decompose by the form of MC+γ→M23C6+γ′.With the increase of aging temperature and time,MC carbide decomposes more completely,and the size of precipitates at grain boundaries increases.Aging at 900℃ leads to the reduction of γ′ phase and increase of carbides.No brittle TCP phase appears even after aging for 10000 h,and the alloy ranintains good tensile property at room temperature.
