熔体过热处理对铸态K465合金组织的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了在采用 CaO 坩埚真空感应熔炼的条件下,不同温度的过热处理对 K465铸造高温合金铸态组织的影响,以及碳化物分布、形貌、晶粒尺寸和变化情况。研究结果表明:正常工艺下合金为等轴晶,在较低的过热温度段(1600~1750℃)内,晶粒尺寸随着过热处理温度升高而不断增大,温度超过1760℃以后,晶粒尺寸又逐步减小;随着熔体过热处理温度的升高(低于1750℃),铸态组织中初生 MC 碳化物从块状与短棒状相结合的形貌转变为汉字草书体形貌,温度继续升高后汉字草书体形 MC 碳化物消失,呈细小的点状均匀分布;随着过热温度的提高,γ′相立方化效果显著,分布更加均匀,尺寸大小也更趋一致。

【Abstract】 The effects of melt superheating treatment on the structure of K465 as-cast superalloy under the condition of VIM and CaO crucible have been investigated systematically in this paper.The changes of size,distribution and morphology of carbides and grains in K465 were also investigated.The results shown that the normal structure of K465 is equiaxed grain,in the lower temperature interval(1600~1750℃),with the rising of temperature,the size of crystalline grain is increasing constantly. When temperature exceeds 1760℃,the size of crystalline grain is reduced progressively;with the rising of temperature,MC carbide is ehanged from short bar-shaped form into the groups form of Chinese character cursive script body,As temperature continues rising,MC carbide Chinese character cursive script body looks disappears.Some tiny forms and distribute evenly. With the rising of temperature,distribution and cubic effect of γ′ phases are improved.
