GH6783合金中β相特征及与合金力学性能的关系

【摘要】 本文研究了 GH6783合金中β-NiAl 相的特征及热处理工艺对β相析出的影响。结果发现,热变形和固溶处理过程中,合金中析出的一次β-NiAl 相为晶内分布的颗粒状,并沿热变形方向拉长。845℃中温时效会沿晶界析出不连续的短棒状β-NiAl。随时效时间延长,沿晶界析出的β-NiAl 相的数量增加。晶界β-NiAl 相使合金应力促进晶界氧化脆性(SAGBO)的抗力提高,持久缺口敏感性得到消除。但随其含量的增加,合金的持久寿命和高温拉伸强度降低。文中分析了晶界β-NiAl 相对合金持久性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Investigation was made on the characteristics of β-NiAl phase in GH6783 alloy and the effect of heat treatment on its precipitation.It was found that the prime β-NiAl phase precipitating during hot deformation and solid solution treatment was granular distributing within grains and elongated along hot deformation orientation.Discontinuous virgulate β-NiAl phase would precipitate along grain boundaries during aging at 845℃,with its amount increasing with aging time.Both stress rupture life and yield strength at high temperature were decreased with increasing the amount of the β-NiAl phase along grain boundaries, although both SAGBO and notch sensitivity for stress rupture could be eliminated by precipitation of the β-NiAl phase along grain boundaries.Analysis was made on the effeet of β-NiAl phase along grain boundaries on stress rupture life.
