GH4738合金烟气轮机涡轮盘组织和力学性能研究

【摘要】 本文对一个已经运行6万 h 的烟气轮机涡轮盘进行系统的组织和力学性能研究。结果表明,盘件整体没有明显的宏观及微观缺陷;榫齿不同部位晶粒度比较均匀,强化相大、小γ′相分布均匀,没有明显长大现象;局部区域晶界发生了宽化,晶界上发生了复杂的碳化物反应,并有大γ′相在晶界的堆积现象,在宽化晶界附近存在 Cr 的贫化区;使用前后室温和高温力学性能都没有明显下降。
【Abstract】 In this paper,microstructure and mechanical properties of a gas turbine disk after 60,000 hours’ service were sys- temically studied.Experimental results indicate that there are not obvious macroscopic and microscopic flaws in the whole disk. Grain size at different parts of the dovetail is uniform,small and big ~’,phases are located uniformly in the matrix without ap- parent trend of growth.In some areas grain boundaries have broadened,complicated carbide reaction happens,and big γ′con- gregates there.In the vicinity of broadening boundary impoverishment of Cr takes place.Mechanical properties at room and high temperature don’t decline after 60,000 hours’ service.
