GH4648合金的高温热变形行为

【摘要】 研究了 GH4648合金在950~1200℃和0.001~10s-1条件下的热变形行为及对其微观组织的影响。在热变形过程中合金的激活能为367.14kJ/mol,流变应力、变形温度和应变速率之间符合指数函数关系,表明合金具有良好的热加工性能。实验结果表明在试验参数范围内存在三个特征区域:一个加工安全区:动态再结晶区;一个加工失稳区和一个不适合热加工的低耗散效率区,并根据热加工图对 GH4648合金的热变形工艺进行了初步设计。
【Abstract】 The hot deformation behavior of GH4648 in the temperature range of 950~1200℃ and the strain rate range of 0.001 -10s-1has been studied.The activation energy of deformation was 367.14kJ/mol,which closed to the activation energy of many ease deformation superalloys.The variation of flow stress as a function of deformation temperature and strain rate can be described as an exponential expression.A processing map is developed on the basis of hot compressing data and by using the principles of dynamic material modeling.The map exhibits one dynamie recrystallization region,one instabilities region and one dangerous region for hot-working in the range of temperatures and strain rates investigated.On the basis of the constitutive be- havior of GH4648 alloy as revealed in the processing map,the hot working schedules have been designed primarily.
