电场处理对GH4586A合金组织及拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 将电场处理技术应用于 GH4586A 合金,研究了电场对该合金组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,合金经电场处理后产生退火孪晶,随处理时间的延长,孪晶数量增加。电场处理使合金室温强度、塑性均得到提高,在电场强度为4kV/cm,温度为820℃条件下,经20h 电场处理后,合金室温抗拉强度提高18%,而断裂伸长率提高幅度达 125%;电场处理后合金高温(750℃)强度无明显变化,而塑性得到改善。在电场强度为4kV/cm,温度为820℃条件下,经20h 电场处理后断裂延伸率提高26%。孪晶的出现可以改变变形过程中显微裂纹的扩展方向,增加合金塑性变形功,推迟断裂时间,从而提高合金塑性。

【Abstract】 The effects of electric field treatment on the microstructure and tensile properties of GH4199 superalloy after electric field treatment were studied.The results showed that the annealing twins appeared after electric field treatment and the number of the twins increased with the increasing holding time of electric field treatment.Both the strength and the plasticity of the alloy increased with the treatment,and when the treatment was carried out at 820~C with the electric field intensity of 4 kV/cm for 20h the tensile strength and the elongation-to-failure of the alloy increased by 18% and 125%,respectively.While,the electric field treatment had no effects on the tensile strength of the alloy at 750℃,but the elongation-to-failure of the alloy increase by 26% when the electric field treatment was carded out at 820℃ with the electric field strength of 4 kV/cm for 20h.The propaga- tion direction of microcrack can be changed by the appearance of the annealing twins during the deformation process,which in- crease the plastic deformation work of the alloy,delay the fracture time and accordingly improve the plasticity of the alloy.
