铝、钛含量对GH4199合金组织和力学性能的影响

【摘要】 本文以三种不同铝钛含量的 GH4199合金为研究对象,研究了铝钛含量对该合金拉伸、持久性能的影响规律,并探讨了铝钛含量对显微组织的影响及其与性能之间的关系。结果表明:铝钛含量对γ′相数量、尺寸及分布的作用是影响合金性能的主要因素,适当增加铝钛含量能提高合金的拉伸性能及持久寿命,但过高的铝钛含量会严重降低合金的塑性。
【Abstract】 GH4199 alloy with three kinds of Al and Ti content were selected for the present research.The effects of Al and Ti content on the tensile properties,stress repture properties and mierostructure of GH4199 alloy and the relationship between the microstructure and the properties were investigated.The results show that the change of Al an Ti content in the alloy mostly affect the quantity,the shape and distribution of γ′ phase,and that is the mostly effective factor of properties of GH4199 alloy. The tensile strength and the rupture life can be inprived by suitabladding AI and Ti,but the excess addition of AI and Ti content can obviously decreased the plasticity.
