【摘要】 本文介绍了进口结晶器保护渣在安钢超宽板坯连铸机开机和调试期间的应用情况,肯定了进口保护渣对开机和生产调试所起的作用；通过对进口保护渣的理化指标和使用情况对照分析,生产出小批量的试验用渣,再通过分析试验保护渣的热流密度、液渣层厚度、吸收夹杂物的能力以及钢中合金元素的影响、板坯表面质量等情况,调整出适用于普碳钢、合金钢和不同拉速的保护渣。率先在国内三家超宽板坯连铸机上实现保护渣的国产化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,application situation of the imported mould powder on jumbo wide slab caster in Anyang Steel during start-up and hot commissioning was introduced,and the contributions of the imported powder to the commissioning was proved.After physical and chemical property and application result were comprised and analyzed,powder with small lot size for test was produced.After heat flux density,thickness of liquid pool,ability of inclusion absorbing as well as influence of alloy elements in liquid steel,slab surface quality were analyzed,powders suitable to carbon steel,alloyed steel and different casting speed were developed.It is the first caster to use local powder within three jumbo wide slab casters.更多还原
