城市生活垃圾在直接气化熔融焚烧炉中的焚烧实验分析

【摘要】 直接气化熔融焚烧工艺处理城市生活垃圾是实现固体废弃物处理无害化的可行方法之一。该工艺具有设备简单、无害化彻底的特点。在处理能力为1t/d的直接气化熔融焚烧炉上进行试验,分析了生活垃圾直接气化熔融焚烧过程,并对生活垃圾在该过程中,焚烧炉燃烧效率、炉膛温度分布和二次污染物中NOx、HCl、SO2的排放量的影响因素进行实验研究。研究结果得出:在适宜的生活垃圾处理量,焚烧炉稳定运行时,燃烧热效率可达95%以上,焚烧炉出口烟气温度为1233℃;烟气中重金属含量和熔渣中的重金属浸出量完全符合环境保护的要求,尾气和熔渣中的二恶英毒性远高于环境保护的标准,尾气中为0.017 ng-TEQ/Nm3,熔渣中仅为0.00112ng-TEQ/g。 NOx的排放量随着炉内温度的上升,急速增加;增加二次风的比例或加大过剩空气系数,都能增加CaO的固硫效率,降低SO2的排放浓度;而HCl的捧放量则不受空气过剩量的影响。

【Abstract】 The process of direct gasification & melting incineration is a feasible method in order to realize harmless disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW). The technology has advantages of simple structure and harmless treatment thoroughly. Test on the MSW was conducted in a 1 t/day direct gasification & melting incinerator. The process of direct gasification & melting MSW incineration was analyzed, and combustion efficiency, chamber temperature distributing and the emissions influencing factors of NOx, HCl and SO2 were studied. The results of experiment demonstrate: when the ability of incinerator is ideal and the run is steady-going, combustion efficiency is more than 95%, the temperature of out-let flue gas in secondary-combustion zone is 1233℃. The content of heave metals were less than rule of environment law in the flue gas, the leaching content of heave metals were also in melted slag, flue gas is 0.017 ng-TEQ/Nm3, melted slag is 0.00112 ng-TEQ/g. The emission content of NOx is added up rapidity with temperature increasing in chamber. Increasing second air or excess air coefficient significantly increased the sulfur-retention efficiency of CaO, and decreased the emission content of SO2 in flue gas. However, the effect of excess air coefficient on HCl concentration is inconspicuous in flue gas in MSWI
