耐候钢中磷元素偏析行为研究

【摘要】 本文通过高温热态模拟实验,利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜和化学分析等手段,研究了实验室条件下不同磷含量、碳含量、稀土加入量以及不同冷却方式对磷元素在耐候钢中的宏观偏析的影响。实验表明,耐候钢中磷元素具有较高的偏析,磷含量越高,偏析越严重; 反之亦然。碳元素可以通过改变钢液凝固方式来影响磷在钢中的偏析,碳含量越高,磷偏析越严重。添加稀土元素、加快冷速可以明显减轻钢中磷的宏观偏析。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of phosphorus, carbon, RE, contents and cooling rate on the phosphorus macro-segregation in weathering resistance steel were investigated by means of SEM, metallograph and chemical analysis. The experimental results show that there is a serious segregation of phosphorus in weathering resistance steel. The higher phosphorus content is, the more serious segregation is. Carbon can affect phosphorus segregation in the steel by changing the solidification structure and make phosphorus segregation more serious. Adding RE into the steel and fast cooling rate can obviously relieve phosphorus macro-segregation in the weather-resisting steel.
