微量稀土对洁净耐候钢腐蚀性能的影响
Effects of Rare Earth on Corrosion Resisting Property of Clean Corrosion Resistant Steel

【摘要】 采用干湿周浸加速腐蚀试验方法模拟大气腐蚀过程,选择NaHSO3介质模拟工业大气环境,通过测试阳极极化曲线、点蚀电位、交流阻抗等,并配合X-ray、红外吸收光谱、金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析,研究了微量稀土金属对洁净耐候钢腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果发现稀土使洁净耐候钢的阳极极化电位值向正方向移动,腐蚀电流密度降低。微量的稀土深度净化了钢液,微米级弥散分布的稀土硫氧化物取代了易腐蚀的硫化锰夹杂,提高了点蚀电位,抑制了点腐蚀。试样锈层组分的表征以及锈层中的合金元素分布分析结果表明, 稀土促使Cu+向内锈层富集,形成了致密耐腐蚀的保护层,提高了洁净耐候钢腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 Effects of rare earth on corrosion resisting property of clean weathering steel were investigated through measuring anode polarization, pit corrosion potential, EIS and XRD of rusting samples. The results show that the polarization potential can be moved to the positive direction and the corrosion current of weathering steel can be reduced both by RE. MnS which is apt to corrosion is replaced by the small and dispersive RE2O2S, and the pit corrosion potential of steel can be increased, therefore; the pit corrosion is suppressed finally by RE. The enrichment of alloy metal Cu in the inner rusty layer promoted by RE was observed. With the result that a protection inner rust layer is formed and the corrosion resisting property of clean weathering steel is improved by adding an optimal amount of rare earths.
