用钕铁硼废料提取稀土后的废渣制备Mn-Zn铁氧体微粉的研究

【摘要】 采用废渣、碳酸锰矿等为原料。通过硫酸浸出得浸出液。用碳酸钙调节pH,再用硫化铵和氟化铵进一步净化,得净化液。调节溶液中铁、锰、锌的比例,用碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,在室温下进行沉淀,得到软磁铁氧体微粉的前驱体,再经干燥、研磨、煅烧后得软磁铁氧体微粉。产品通过XRD,TEM,ICP-AES进行表征。所得到的微粉近球形、粒径约为50nm,活性高、产品成分偏析小,其杂质含量低。
【Abstract】 The waste and the mineral of MnCO3 were used as raw materials. Immersed by H2SO4 then get the aqua of Zn2+and Mn2+. Use CaCO3 to balance the PH and use (NH4)2S and NH4F to purify it. Add ZnSO4in it and keep the comparison of Fe2+, Zn2+, Mn2+ in the liquid. Using NH4HCO3 to co-precipitate it at room temperature. Get the raw product, after dryly, grind and sintering, we get the powder of Mn-Zn ferrites. The powder was analyzed by XRD, TEM, ICP-AES. The results show that the power looks like spheroid, the particle size is about 50 nm, and the activity and purity are high.
