溶胶-凝胶法制备(La0.1Ca0.9)3Co4O9粉的工艺研究
Preparation of (La0.1Ca0.9)3Co4O9 Powders by Sol-gel Method

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法,以乙二醇为溶剂,柠檬酸为螯合剂,由硝酸镧、硝酸钙、硝酸钴制备溶胶。溶胶中加入添加剂A,在70℃水浴环境下制备凝胶。干凝胶在分别在500,750℃下煅烧1,2 h,制得了20-30nm的片状单晶(La0.1C0.9)3Co4O9粉。利用XRD,SEM等方法对样品进行了分析、表征。
【Abstract】 (La0.1Ca0.9)3Co4O9 powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The sol of La(NO3)2 , Ca(NO3)2 and Co(NO3)2 was prepared first, glycol was used as solvent, citrate was used as complex in this process. The sol with a special additive A was then used to prepare gel at 70℃. The dried gel was then sintered (at 500 and 750 ℃) for 2 or 1 h to synthesize (La0.1Ca0.9)3Co4O9 powders. (La0.1Ca0.9)3Co4O9 powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the (La0.1Ca0.9)3Co4O9 powders are single-crystal with the average size of 20~30 nm.
