电化学合成纳米级氧化铝
Manufacture Nano-Meter Alumina with Electrochemistry

【摘要】 以分析纯AlCl3·6H2O为原料,采用电化学方法在常温下合成了氧化铝纳米晶核,经500℃热处理2h,粉体完全转化为γ-Al2O3, 晶化比较完全,经950℃温度处理2h,转化为具有完好结晶的α-Al2O3。粉体初始粒径为10nm。与其他方法相比,该方法具有预烧温度低、操作简便、污染小、能耗低、原材料利用率高、不会引入杂质等优点。
【Abstract】 A new preparation method for nanometer alumina powder is proposed. In low- temperature condition , the nuclei of alumina were synthesized simply by electrolyzing aluminum chloride solution after 25 h . After being calcinated at 500℃ for 2 h, the nuclei were integrated into γ-Al2O3 phase . And at 800℃ for 1 h, α-Al2O3 phase appeared, at 800℃ for 1 h, powders were completely integrated into α-Al2O2 phase. Aboriginal crystal size was about 8 nm. Compared with traditional chemical methods, this new method is a new method with low energy consumption , convenient for operation, high source using ratio, and a few environmental pollution.
